Nihongo Kaiwa Kyozai was created by language teachers who are passionate about the value of language, learning, and cross cultural exchange. We believe that learning a new language is not only an opportunity to gain an important skill, but it’s also a great chance to encounter new ideas, broaden our perspective, and have fun!

Even though language learning has tremendous potential, we also know that it’s not always easy to have interesting and engaging language lessons. Even the most experienced teachers can use some help, and some good ideas for conversation. That’s why we created Nihongo Kaiwa Kyozai.

This site provides Japanese language teachers with free teaching materials that they can use with their students anytime. Our goal is to make Japanese conversation classes fun and interesting. We gather articles from a wide variety of topics so that teachers can always find something their students will be excited to talk about.
